							The Hime inspector was very professional and knowledgeable with the questions that we asked. The inspector was also very flexible with us for example. The seller did not have the gas turned on when Preston the inspector went to inspect the home, and Preston worked with us so that he didn’t have to charge us twice to come out and finish the inspection. I felt that was very thoughtful of the inspector being that there are unknown expenses for first time home buyer, but the inspector expense was not one of them
